Agua Viva Mergulho

Agua Viva Mergulho is a PADI Five Star IDC Resort operating in Bombinhas and Porto Belo, Brazil. Founded in January 2012, it's run by a specialised team with years of experience across the scuba-diving branch, and it holds Blue Flag certification — a reflection of its commitment to both people and the environment.

Courses and diving

The centre teaches a full range of PADI programmes, from Scuba Diving and Snorkelling courses to EFR First Aid training, supported by an onsite classroom and a dedicated training pool. Expeditions cater to certified divers and discovery divers alike, with a diving shop, equipment sales, and rental gear including BCDs, regulators, 5mm wetsuits, masks, open-heel fins and aluminium cylinders.

Divers explore local sites such as Saco do Capim – Naufrágio Granada and several spots around Ilha do Arvoredo, including Engenho, Orquídea, Vidal and Toca do Frade. On-site facilities include free Wi-Fi, parking and a dive boat, plus air fills and Nitrox. With staff speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese, it suits both newcomers and experienced divers.
