Amber Scuba Dive Centre

Amber Scuba Dive Center is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort based in the coastal town of Semporna, on Malaysia's Sipadan doorstep. Registered under licence number S29572, it's built around a simple promise: exceptional diving paired with a genuine commitment to marine conservation and safety. A team of three PADI instructors keeps standards high and equipment well-maintained.

Courses and dive sites

Whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or chasing a new rating, there's a pathway here — from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water Diver certification through to specialties like Deep Diver, Nitrox and Underwater Photography. Excursions reach the region's celebrated sites around Sipadan, Mabul and Kapalai, plus local favourites such as Coral Hills, Hawksbill Highway, Mataking Wreck Post, Stingray City, Mandarin Valley and Macro Mania.

Onsite you'll find a classroom, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dive boat, accommodation and food and drinks, with gear rental including kids' equipment. With staff speaking five languages, Amber Scuba suits divers of every level looking for reefs, marine life and responsible diving.
