Blue Bubbles Scuba

Set up in 2007 and known as Blue Bubbles Scuba Training Centre since June 2015, Blue Bubbles Scuba sits in Kg. Tekek on Tioman Island, Malaysia — a calm Malay village wrapped in peaceful rainforest, with the beach fronted by healthy, rich coral reefs. It's a genuinely chill, family-friendly base, facing the sea with a relaxed chill area on top of the dive centre.

Courses and diving

As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with five PADI Instructors, Blue Bubbles runs every level of recreational PADI course — from Discover Scuba Diving to Open Water, Advanced and all the way to Master Scuba Diver. Already certified? The experienced Divemasters will take you exploring Tioman's diverse reefs instead.

Local dive sites include Chebeh Island, Labas Island, Pulau Renggis, Soyak Island, Batu Malang, Fan Canyon and the KM Sipadan Wreck, with marine life ranging from sharks and turtles to whales and ocean fish. With a house reef, waterfront location and a team speaking English, Malay, Chinese and Indonesian, it suits everyone from first-timers to seasoned divers.
