Courses and diving

As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with 6 PADI instructors, Blue Note runs training from Discover Scuba and Open Water all the way to Divemaster. Specialty options include Enriched Air, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Deep Diver, the Aware Shark Conservation Diver and the local Cozumel Splendid Toadfish Diver, with prices from USD 200. Certified divers can join two-tank morning dives, afternoon, twilight and night dives, plus adventure dives to the far north for advanced divers.

Dive sites include Palancar, Paso de Cedral, Maracaibo and Punta Sur - Devil's Throat, with marine life ranging from sharks and turtles to eels, molluscs and corals. With a waterfront location, house reef, onsite classroom and English, Spanish and French spoken, it suits everyone from first-timers to seasoned divers.
