Buddy Dive

Set in Lucca, Italy, Buddy Dive is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort and diver training centre built around teaching. With 2 PADI Instructors on hand and lessons offered in both English and Italian, it's a welcoming base for divers looking to start out, build confidence, or take their skills further.

Courses and training

The centre runs a broad range of PADI programmes, from PADI Scuba Diving and Freediving to Snorkelling, TecRec, First Aid (EFR), Public Safety Diver and Adaptive Diving. An onsite training pool and classroom make it easy to learn the fundamentals before heading out, and conservation activities and a dive club give newly certified divers a community to stay involved with.

On-site facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking and a dive boat, while services cover air fills, equipment sales, and rental of scuba, kids', and freediving gear plus scooter (DPV) hire. Open daily, Buddy Dive suits everyone from first-timers to divers pursuing specialist and technical training.
