About Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort
Operating since the marine park's founding in 1995, the Cabo Pulmo Dive Center has grown into a full PADI 5 Star Dive Resort, with excellent full-time instructors on staff at all times. Eight PADI instructors lead diving here, and the center handles the essentials with air fills and its own dive boat.
Where an underwater aquarium comes alive
Cabo Pulmo is known for its incredible schools of fish and the sheer abundance of underwater species. Divers can spot everything from the smallest sea horses to the biggest black sea bass known to man. The visibility and water warmth may not match the Caribbean or the Red Sea, but there is a great deal to look at and study in this colorful, now-protected park.
Diving and snorkeling here are known among professionals to be some of the best in the world for abundant sea life. With instructors speaking both English and Spanish, the center suits divers drawn to a living, protected reef rather than crowds.

★ 1 · S J · 2009-08-04This place is my worst diving experience ever. I don't even know where to begin. The staff (expat staff!) are a bunch of money grabbing thieves with a stinking attitude. They lied about the diving conditions on the day, were annoyed that me and my travelling companion were amateur divers, the dive master didn't even check our kit and there was no briefing. Speaking of the kit, the equipment was in poor condition. Despite advertising all over Cabo San Lucas that his is a great place for 'fun divers', they were put out by the fact that not everybody has their own equipment. They were unsympathetic, unhelpful and frankly couldn't care less. It's also, at least three hours from anywhere, meaning if you get there by their shuttle bus, you are truly trapped. This place ruined my trip. It's not a particularly great dive spot either. I hear the snorkelling was much better.
