Deep Blue Scuba

Deep Blue Scuba is an Edinburgh-based PADI 5 Star IDC scuba diving centre, home to a team of six PADI instructors. It offers the full range of PADI courses — from Open Water Diver all the way through to Instructor level — with deliberately small class sizes, so every diver gets more personal instruction and more fun along the way.

Diving around Scotland and the Borders

The centre's diving takes in some of the region's best-loved sites, including the Farne Islands, St Abbs Marine Park and Eyemouth boat trips to St Abbs, as well as Loch Long and Lochaline. Divers here encounter marine life ranging from sharks, whales and turtles to molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and jellyfish, ocean fish, and other mammals and reptiles.

On site you'll find a classroom, retail shop, free Wi-Fi and parking, plus services such as air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and rental. With a lively dive club, monthly club evenings, conservation activities and events through the year, Deep Blue Scuba suits everyone from first-time divers to those training toward a professional rating. English is spoken throughout.
