Dive Buddy

Tucked inside the Pusat Akuatik Darul Ehsan in Shah Alam, Selangor, Dive Buddy is a PADI 5 Star IDC dive centre and swim school serving the Kuala Lumpur area. With a friendly team of 3 PADI Instructors, it's built to guide you from your very first breath underwater through to more advanced training, all in English and Malay.

Courses and what's on offer

Alongside its full range of PADI scuba diving courses, Dive Buddy offers PADI Snorkelling, PADI First Aid (EFR) and — introduced for its 22nd Anniversary — swim lessons to build water confidence before you ever pick up a regulator. The centre also runs conservation activities and dive travel to destinations around Malaysia and beyond.

Training happens at the on-site pool facility within the Shah Alam Aquatic Center, backed by an on-site classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, food and drinks, and parking. Air fills, equipment sales, and both adult and kids' rental gear round out the services, making it a comfortable home base for new and returning divers alike.
