Dive Otago is all about enhancing lives through underwater experiences. Based in Dunedin, New Zealand, this PADI 5 Star CDC has been one of the country's leading diver training centres for 25+ years, with 11 PADI Instructors on the team.

Courses for every level

Whether you're taking your first breaths underwater on a Discover Scuba Experience or working toward a full 1-Year Diploma in Professional Scuba instruction, Dive Otago teaches all levels — right up to becoming a Dive Instructor, where you can make the ocean your office. Discover Scuba Experiences are open to divers from 10 years and up. Offerings span PADI Scuba Diving, PADI Freediving and PADI Snorkelling, plus conservation activities and a dive club to join.

Local diving centres on the Aramoana Mole, where the waters host sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, rays, mammals and reptiles, eels and echinoderms. On site you'll find a training pool, classroom, aquarium/deep pool, dive boat, retail shop and equipment rental, service and air fills. English is spoken throughout.
