Dolphin Dive Center Loreto

Dolphin Dive Center is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort on the Sea of Cortés — the waters Jacques Cousteau famously called the "Aquarium of the World." From here you can reach Bahía de Loreto Marine Park, one of the largest in all of Mexico, where coral gardens and gentle reefs suit beginners while deep walls, a wreck and drift dives reward experienced divers. The marine life is remarkably varied, from whales and dolphins to bottom-dwelling rays, turtles, big schools of fish and nudibranchs.

Courses and diving

Running since 2003 and counting more than 30,000 fun dives, the center offers a full learning path: Discover Scuba, PADI Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Divemaster and further specialties. Non-divers in your group are welcome on regular snorkeling trips. Half-day fun dives start from USD 182, and the Open Water course from USD 786.

Just five minutes' walk from the pier, the center keeps well-maintained Cressi rental equipment, an onsite compressor and a small accessory shop. Boats are shaded, and trips pause at perfect white-sand beaches. Staff speak English and Spanish.
