DV Diving

DV Diving is a PADI Five Star IDC Dive Centre based at Strangford Lough in County Down, Northern Ireland. It's also a TDI Facility, an RYA Power Boat Training Centre and an HSE recognised commercial scuba and First Aid assessment centre — a serious training hub with five PADI Instructors on the team.

Courses and diving

Whatever your level, there's a pathway here. DV Diving runs courses that suit the complete beginner right through to instructor development for experienced professionals, including PADI Scuba Diving and PADI First Aid (EFR). Divers explore local waters such as the wreck site Alastor, where the marine life ranges from sharks, whales and turtles to molluscs, crustaceans, corals, anemones, eels and echinoderms.

The centre is well equipped with an onsite classroom, retail shop, dive boat and parking. Services cover air fills, nitrox and mixed gas, equipment sales and scuba rental, plus a dive club to keep you diving after training. English is spoken throughout.
