Hy Brazil Diver's Club

Tucked into the Bombinhas and Porto Belo area of Santa Catarina, Brazil, Hy Brazil Diver's Club sits at the heart of what's known as the Capital of Ecological Diving. The surrounding waters double as a center for scientific study of marine fauna and flora and a natural breeding ground for migratory birds, making this a genuinely special stretch of coast for divers who care about the underwater world.

Courses and dive sites

As a PADI Resort with four PADI instructors, the club offers a full range of training — from PADI Scuba Diving and Freediving to Mermaid, Snorkelling, EFR first aid, and Adaptive Diving. There's plenty of variety beneath the surface too, with accredited and beginner-friendly sites including Praia do Estaleiro, Ponta da Sepultura, Saco do Batismo, Naufrágio Granada, Baía Sul, Laje da Tartaruga, and Baía do Farol, each with its own geography, flora, and fauna.

On site you'll find a training pool, classroom, dive boat, retail shop, equipment rental and sales, air fills, Nitrox, accommodation, food and drinks, and free Wi-Fi. Staff speak English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese, making it a welcoming base for visiting divers of every level.
