Ippocampo Sub

Tucked away in Bergamo, Italy, the Ippocampo Diving Association has been active since 1991 and is run by Laura. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with four PADI Instructors on the team, it's a well-established base for divers who want to learn and progress with experienced guidance.

Courses and training

Ippocampo Sub offers all courses run by qualified instructors, including the full range of specialty and EFR courses, with both PADI and DAN credentials behind them. On-site you'll find a training pool and a classroom, plus parking, while Nitrox, a dive club and travel round out the services. Both English and Italian are spoken, making it welcoming to a wide mix of divers.

Closer to the water, the centre dives the striking Cristo degli Abissi site, and divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish among the marine life. It's a solid fit for anyone in the Bergamo area looking to certify, add specialties or simply stay active with a friendly local dive community.
