Set on the waterfront in Catania, Sicily, Jala Diving Center is a PADI Resort that blends body, mind, sport, and meditation in harmony. Its home overlooks the stretch of sea linking the Acitrezza sea stacks to the Norman Castle of Aci Castello, in the heart of the Isole Ciclopi MPA, with a second base at the Hotel Tonnara in Trabia among beaches and clear water.

Courses for every level

A team of five PADI Instructors guides divers from their very first breaths underwater. Newcomers can try PADI Discover Scuba Diving, while the PADI Open Water Diver, Adventure Diver, and Advanced Open Water Diver courses build skills step by step. English and Italian are both spoken, so international visitors feel at home.

With a dive boat, retail shop, onsite accommodation, air fills, Nitrox, and free Wi-Fi, the center suits complete beginners and returning divers alike. Adaptive services and conservation activities round out a place built around sea, sport, and community.
