Latchi Watersports Centre

Latchi Dive Centre is the only 5 Star PADI IDC Resort in the North West of Cyprus, based on the waterfront at Paphos. With 7 PADI Instructors and its own in-house PADI Course Director, it runs the full range of PADI courses — from introductory Bubblemaker and Discover Scuba Diving right through to Divemaster and Instructor level. Enriched air (Nitrox) is available, and lessons draw on an onsite training pool, classroom and house reef.

Diving the Akamas National Park

Daily boat trips head into the Akamas National Park, home to dive sites suited to every level. Beginners can explore shallow spots down to a maximum of 10 metres, while more experienced divers can reach the wall at St George Island that drops beyond 30 metres. Unusually for Cyprus, every trip runs from one of the centre's 5 dive boats rather than from shore.

Diving is offered all year round, with visibility averaging around 30 metres and summer shallows reaching as warm as 30 degrees. Groups are kept to a maximum of 4 guests per PADI Professional, making it a strong fit for anyone who values personal attention — and the famous Zenobia Wreck is close at hand.
