Marine Monkees (M) Sdn Bhd

Born in 2008 from a city-based dive club run by a group of long-time friends and dive buddies, Marine Monkees has grown into an island-based PADI 5-Star Dive Center on Tioman Island. Their philosophy is simple — nobody dives alone. Here, you dive with friends, and the whole trip becomes the experience, not just the time underwater.

Courses, sites and what to expect

With three PADI Instructors on hand, the center runs PADI dive courses, EFR first aid training and recreational dives, alongside Nitrox, air fills and equipment rental. Local dives reach sites including Pulau Renggis, Labas Island, Chebeh Island, Soyak Island, Batu Malang, Fan Canyon and the KM Sipadan Wreck, with sightings of sharks, turtles, whales and ocean fish.

The waterfront base offers a house reef, onsite classroom, dive boat, accommodation, food and drinks, and free Wi-Fi. Staff speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Malay and Chinese, making it a welcoming choice for divers learning new skills or simply enjoying Tioman's reefs in good company.
