Based in Florence, Italy, this PADI 5 Star Dive Center is a welcoming choice whether you're taking your very first breaths underwater or deepening skills you've spent years building.

Courses and local diving

With five PADI instructors on hand, Maxi Sub guides you through training in a supportive setting, then takes you out to explore the water together. Divers head to sites at Argentarola and Argentario – Isola di Giannutri, where the marine life can include sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish.

The center runs an onsite classroom with free Wi-Fi, plus air fills, a dive club and travel. Instruction is offered in English and Italian, so international divers feel at home. For those who simply love the sea — getting to know it and appreciating its beauty — Maxi Sub is a natural place to begin.
