Mediterranean Frogs

Mediterranean Frogs is a family-run dive centre based in Marathon, on the island of Astypalaia in the Dodecanese. It's a PADI Dive Center with one PADI Instructor on staff, and the whole operation is built around keeping things personal — groups are capped at four people, so nobody gets lost in the crowd.

Courses and daily diving

Four PADI courses run here alongside daily fun dives. PADI Discover Scuba Diving starts from USD 96 and takes roughly three hours, making it an easy first taste of the sport. From there, PADI Scuba Diver runs about two days, the PADI Open Water Diver Course about five, and PADI Advanced Open Water Diver about three — so you can start from zero or keep building on skills you already have.

The centre is open every day of the week, 08:30 AM to 06:30 PM, with air fills, free Wi-Fi and a dive club on site. English, French and Greek are all spoken. It suits complete beginners, divers looking to add a certification, and anyone who simply wants relaxed diving in small company.
