Mnemba Island Lodge

Run by &Beyond, whose roots are in Africa across 29 safari lodges and camps, Mnemba Island Lodge brings that same spirit to the water off Zanzibar, Tanzania. Diving at Mnemba

Two PADI Instructors guide the way through PADI Scuba Diving, Freediving, Snorkelling and EFR First Aid training, so the site suits everyone from first-timers to those refining their skills. Local dive sites Boat House and Big Wall reward you with sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, plus corals, anemones and jellyfish — a genuinely varied slice of Indian Ocean life.

On land you'll find an onsite classroom, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, dive boat, food and drinks, and onsite accommodation. Air fills, equipment sales and a full rental range — including kids' gear — mean you can travel light. English is spoken, and conservation activities run alongside the diving.
