Ocean Wonder Dive Center

On Zanzibar's southeast coast, Ocean Wonder Dive Center sits in Jambiani just 50 m from the beach. As a PADI 5 Star IDC centre with two PADI Instructors, it runs a daily double dive to nearby sites — a boat ride of anywhere from 7 to 45 minutes puts the underwater world well within easy reach.

Whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or building toward a diving career, the full PADI pathway is here. Try a PADI Discover Scuba Diving session from USD 185, earn your certification with the PADI Open Water Diver Course from USD 485, then advance through PADI Advanced Open Water Diver and PADI Rescue Diver — right up to PADI Divemaster.

Below the surface you may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals and anemones, and plenty of ocean fish. On land, an onsite training pool, dive boat, onsite accommodation, food and drinks, free Wi-Fi and parking keep things simple, with staff speaking English, French, German and Tamil.
