Oltremare Diving ASD

Born from a love of the sea and the joy of living it to the full, Oltremare Diving Center sits in a waterfront location at Torre Inserraglio in Nardò, Italy. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with two PADI instructors, it pairs an onsite training pool and classroom with a retail shop, parking, food and drinks, free Wi-Fi and onsite accommodation — a well-equipped base for divers at every stage.

Courses and diving

The centre runs 19 courses and activities, from a three-hour PADI Discover Scuba Diving taster (from USD 84) through PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, Underwater Navigator, Peak Performance Buoyancy and Enriched Air (Nitrox), plus Emergency First Response training. Multi-day dive packages with equipment included are also offered, and sanitised rental gear covers everything from masks to dive computers.

Local diving takes in the Canyon dive site, with marine life ranging from turtles, sharks and ocean fish to eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals and anemones. With staff speaking English, Spanish, French and German, it suits new and continuing divers alike.
