One Ocean Dive Center

Operating out of the Setia SPICE Aquatic Centre in Penang, Malaysia, One Ocean Dive Center is a PADI 5 Star facility staffed by two PADI Instructors. The team works in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Chinese, making it an easy fit for visiting divers from across the region.

Courses and what to expect

Whether you're stepping into the water for the first time or chasing a pro rating, the centre covers the full PADI pathway — Scuba Diving, Freediving, Snorkelling and Emergency First Response training. Learning happens on site, with a dedicated training pool, classroom, an aquarium/deep pool and air-conditioned comfort throughout.

A full range of rental gear is on hand, including scuba, freediving and kids' equipment, so families and groups can all get in the water. Other conveniences include a retail shop, free Wi-Fi, food and drinks, and on-site parking. It's a well-equipped base that suits beginners, freedivers and those working toward PADI Professional ratings alike.
