Project Life Aquatic

Project Life Aquatic, known as PLA, is a PADI Freediver Center based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The team welcomes divers in English, making it an accessible starting point for anyone curious about exploring the underwater world on a single breath.

Courses and training

Freediving sits at the heart of what PLA offers. The center runs PADI Freediving courses alongside PADI First Aid - EFR training, giving students a path that covers both breath-hold skills and essential emergency response. An onsite training pool and a dedicated classroom mean theory and confined-water practice happen under one roof, which is ideal for newcomers building confidence step by step.

To keep things simple for those just getting started, PLA also provides freediving equipment rental, so you can focus on technique before investing in your own gear. With its instructor-led approach and indoor facilities, the center suits beginners, aspiring freedivers, and anyone in the Kuala Lumpur area looking to develop their freediving skills in a structured setting.
