Ray's Dive Adventure

Tucked onto Tioman Island in Malaysia, Ray's Dive Adventure has been a small, simple set-up since 2008, surrounded by both forest and sea. Run by a team of mostly local staff, this PADI Dive Center prides itself on flexible, customized service — whether you walk in alone or arrive as a group, the goal is to tailor the right course or package around what you actually need.

The underwater world here delivers sharks, turtles, cuttlefishes, barracudas, eagle rays and octopuses, plus every kind of nudibranch for macro lovers and colorful, lively corals. With 3 PADI Instructors and offerings spanning PADI Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Conservation and EFR First Aid, the center backs up its courses with a house reef, dive boat, onsite classroom and accommodation, free Wi-Fi, and nitrox and air fills. Safety is never compromised, and staff speak English, French, Mandarin, Malay and Chinese — a welcoming fit for solo divers and groups alike.
