Sand Dollar Sports

Set on the waterfront in Cozumel, Mexico, Sand Dollar Sports is a Green Fins E-certified, PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with 6 PADI Instructors on the team. It's a welcoming base for divers of every level, with a retail shop, dive boat, free Wi-Fi, and food and drinks all on site. Staff work in English and Spanish, and the centre is openly committed to marine conservation through coral reef restoration and eco-friendly diving.

Courses and dive sites

Seven courses and activities cover the full journey, from the two-hour PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience (from USD 95) to Open Water Diver Certification, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, the Adventure Diver programme, and guided outings such as the 2 Days 2 Tanks Dive and 1 Day 2 Tanks Dive.

Local diving spans reefs and walls including Villablanca Wall, Paradise Reef, Paso de Cedral, Chankanaab Shallows, Jardines, and the C-53 Wreck Felipe Xicotencatl. With Nitrox, air fills, equipment rental, and a house reef on the doorstep, it suits beginners and seasoned divers alike.
