Scuba Diver Training Limited

Based at Sunderland Aquatic Centre in the North East of England, Scuba Diver Training Limited is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort built around hands-on, progressive learning. A fortnightly booking gives divers access to the centre's pool every other Monday evening, where a moveable floor drops to a maximum depth of 4m — shallow enough for first breaths, deep enough for serious skills practice.

Courses for every level

That flexible pool makes the centre ideal for training right across the ladder, from young Bubblemaker sessions to Assistant Instructor development. Programmes span PADI Scuba Diving and PADI First Aid (EFR), and the team is a strong fit for newcomers and progressing pros alike — with Adaptive Diving support and both English and Sign Language spoken.

Beyond the pool, members enjoy easy access to dive sites along the North East Coast, where marine life can include sharks, whales, turtles and freshwater species. The centre also handles air fills, Nitrox and cylinder testing, making it a practical home base for divers who want training, gas and coastal diving all in one place.
