Scuba Scene Taunton

Set up in 2004 by PADI Course Director Ian Angell, who brought over 22 years of experience in the dive industry, Scuba Scene has grown into a friendly local dive centre and water sports store in the heart of Somerset. After acquiring Dive Mobile in Blackford in 2007, the centre settled in the county town of Taunton in 2008, where it remains today as the only 5 Star IDC centre in the county.

Courses and diving for every level

With 21 PADI Instructors on the team, Scuba Scene delivers a full range of PADI training — from Scuba Diving and Snorkelling courses to TecRec, EFR First Aid and Conservation programmes. An onsite classroom and retail shop back up the learning, alongside air fills, equipment sales, servicing and rental for adults and kids alike.

The centre is also home to a thriving dive club of more than 70 members who regularly explore the waters of the UK. Whether you're starting out or building toward technical diving, Scuba Scene lives by a simple aim: to get people diving, and keep divers diving.
