The waterside center offers concierge-style gear handling: for clients staying two or more days, gear is rinsed, hung to dry in secure storage, and kept ready on the boat. Marine life in these waters includes sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish.

Every trip includes dry towels, a souvenir water bottle, snacks, fresh fruit, and cold drinks, with captains often preparing fresh guacamole.
