Sottolonda Diving Center

Welcome to Sottolonda Diving Center, your underwater home in the heart of Elba, Italy, at Lacona. A PADI 5 Star IDC Resort and PADI Eco Center, Sottolonda offers experiences for everyone who loves the sea — diving, PADI courses, and snorkelling tours. Set in a waterfront location 100 m from a sandy beach, with free parking 50 m away, it's an easy base for couples, families, solo divers, and groups alike.

Courses and local diving

With 4 PADI Instructors on staff, the centre runs a full slate of training, from PADI Enriched Air Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy to Deep Diver, Dry Suit Diver, Underwater Navigator, and the PADI Divemaster path. Guided dives include two-tank outings around Elba and trips to nearby Pianosa.

Divers explore sites such as La Triglia, the Relitto di Pomonte wreck, Capo Fonza, Corbella, and Punta Morcone. On-site you'll find a classroom, free Wi-Fi, a dive boat, air and Nitrox fills, and equipment rental. Staff speak English and Italian.
