Squalo Divers

Squalo Divers is a family-run dive center in Puerto Morelos, Mexico — a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort where, in their own words, everyone dives and everyone loves diving. With 10 PADI Instructors and a team of course directors, divemasters and office staff, they put safety first and treat every trip with the care their customers' time deserves. English and Spanish are both spoken here.

Courses and dive sites

The training line-up runs wide, from PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy and Digital Underwater Photographer to Rescue Diver, Wreck Diver, Boat Diver and Emergency First Response, with prices starting from USD 120. Divers head out to sites around Isla Mujeres, Manchones National Park and the MUSA Cancún underwater museum, plus reefs and wrecks like the C-56 (Juan Escutia) Shipwreck, C58, La Pared and Punta Sur.

Waters here hold sharks, turtles, rays, eels, ocean fish, corals and more. On-site you'll find a training pool, classroom, house reef, dive boat, retail shop and accommodation. With recreational, cavern and tech diving all on offer, it suits everyone from first-timers to divers chasing advanced certifications.
