Starz Water Village

Tucked into the waters of Semporna, Sabah, Starz Water Village Dive Center is a PADI-certified dive resort serving as a gateway to Sipadan, Mabul, Kapalai and the wider Celebes Sea. Sitting at the heart of Malaysia's renowned diving hub within the Coral Triangle, it pairs scuba education and guided excursions with its own overwater accommodation, welcoming both domestic and international guests.

Courses and dive sites

The team runs the full range of PADI recreational programs, from Discover Scuba Diving and the Open Water Diver course through to Advanced Open Water, alongside resort fun dives, island boat dives and fun dives at Sipadan. All training is led by licensed PADI professionals kept to small student-to-instructor ratios, and the center offers air fills, Nitrox, equipment rental and adaptive diving.

Curated island-hopping packages reach spots such as Bohey Dulang, Mantabuan, Sibuan, Mabul, Kapalai, Timba-Timba, Mataking and Pom-Pom. With two PADI instructors and eight languages spoken, it suits divers of every level looking to explore the region's biodiverse reefs.
