Stay Wet Diving Center

Since March 1995, Stay Wet Diving Center has grown from a handful of certified divers into one of the best-organized diving bases in Crete. Based in Agia Pelagia, it is recognized by the Greek government and holds PADI 5 Star Dive Resort status, with three PADI Instructors guiding divers across five courses and activities.

Courses and dive sites

Newcomers can try Discover Scuba Diving at Mononaftis Beach before working toward the Open Water Diver certification. From there, the local waters open up: dive sites include Going Throught, Balcony, The Anchor, Chimney, The Island, and Mononaftis, where divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish.

With a waterfront location, onsite classroom and accommodation, a retail shop, and parking, the center keeps everything close at hand. Services span air fills, equipment sales, and scuba, kids', and freediving rental gear. Staff speak English, Spanish, Dutch, French, and German, making it a welcoming base for divers of all levels arriving from near and far.
