The Aquatic Centre

Where Mediterranean vibes meet world-class PADI diving, The Aquatic Centre has been turning holidaymakers into divers since 1993 — more than 30 years from the heart of Cyprus' seafront. As Limassol's only PADI 5 Star Dive Centre, with direct beach access and a house reef, it pairs premium, personalised diving with a relaxed, professional atmosphere. Four PADI instructors, eight languages spoken, and warm waters of 15°C–27°C year-round round out the package.

Courses, dive sites and who it suits

First-timers start with Discover Scuba Diving experiences at Amathus Ruins or Dassoudi Beach, taught with patient, supportive instruction ideal for families and holidaymakers alike. Certified divers can build skills through PADI Wreck Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy and Emergency First Response, then explore local favourites including the Limassol Wrecks, Constandis Wreck, Elpida Wreck and Green Bay caves.

Island-wide safaris reach iconic sites such as the Zenobia Wreck and Cape Greco, where divers may spot turtles, nudibranchs, octopus, stingrays and the centre's resident monk seal. With 18 courses and activities and expanding Divemaster and Instructor pathways, it suits everyone from curious beginners to future pros.
