The Cenote Guy - Cenote Diving

The Cenote Guy is a PADI Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and the only shop in Riviera Maya specialised in cavern diving — the thing that makes it truly unique. A team of 6 PADI instructors leads guided tours through crystal-clear waters framed by fossils, speleothems and breathtaking light effects, whether you're a seasoned diver or newly certified.

Cenotes and courses

The line-up of guided dives covers some of the region's most striking caverns. Carwash is known for its lush jungle surroundings and incredible visibility, while Chikin Ha offers beautiful cavern tunnels and unique rock formations. Bat Cave dives beneath a bat-filled dome, Barbie Line delivers dramatic stalactites and iconic light beams, and Dreamgate is famous for its breathtaking stalactites. Casa is a shallow cavern dive lit by natural light, and the celebrated Dos Ojos is billed as the must-do.

Across 16 courses and activities, with dives at sites such as Cenote Chak Mol and Cenote Tajma Ha, the shop serves divers in English, Spanish and French. Nitrox and a dive club round out a centre where safety is the commitment and fun is the priority.
