Vallarta Adventure

Vallarta Adventures is a PADI 5-Star IDC center offering a huge range of diving around Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, from stunning wrecks to rocky bottoms. With 16 PADI instructors on staff and courses spanning scuba diving, snorkelling and Emergency First Response, it's a solid base for divers at any level looking to explore Banderas Bay.

Dive sites and what to expect

Local diving covers sites such as El Morro, Las Caletas, Chimo and Anegados. Once on-site you can upgrade pre-booked dives to options like Caletas, where a catamaran carries you to a private beach for a dive from a private pier followed by a boat dive. Wreck fans can head for local favourites like the Princesa.

Between mid-December and the end of March, the surrounding waters offer world-class whale watching — and Vallarta Adventures is the only company in the Banderas Bay area with a spotter plane in constant radio contact with the boat captains. English and Spanish are both spoken, making this a welcoming choice for visiting divers.
