Zen Scuba & Freedive

Tucked into the busy city of Johor Bahru, Zen Scuba & Freedive is a PADI dive centre built around a simple idea: pairing the thrill of going underwater with a genuine sense of calm. The team of two PADI instructors runs both scuba and freediving courses, welcoming complete beginners taking their first breaths below the surface as well as experienced divers chasing the next challenge.

What to expect

The centre keeps things comfortable on land, too, with an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, parking, and a fully stocked retail shop at Taman Sutera Utama. Equipment sales and scuba gear rental are both available, so you can kit up on site. Beyond core training, the centre offers PADI First Aid – EFR and supports conservation-minded diving.
