Plan this trip with AI →Twelve guests. That's the whole idea behind the Amelie Safari, a 23-metre boat that has stayed deliberately small while the Red Sea has grown busy around it. Six cabins, two bathrooms, and a crew — local and international — who get to know everyone aboard within a day.
The Hurghada round-trip runs four nights and roughly nine dives, taking in the islands, shallow lagoons, drop-offs and coral gardens of the northern Red Sea, with Abu Nuhas among the sites on the map. There's no minimum log requirement — Open Water is enough — so beginners, wreck hunters and photographers all fit. The boat works to avoid other groups on the same reef, which is how you end up seeing more fish than divers.
She was custom built for diving and it shows: a shaded dive deck, rinse hoses, DIN adaptors, sidemount support, a tender, and free nitrox. Cameras get a dedicated station and their own separate rinse. Between dives there's an indoor saloon, a library, a sun deck and an observation deck, air-conditioned cabins, warm showers and outdoor dining. Snorkellers are welcome, and the boat takes small private charters. Shorter three-night mini safaris are also available.
