About Ocean Lovers

The Ocean Lovers is a 45-meter/148-foot liveaboard with 5 decks, carrying up to 32 guests on dive safaris across Egypt's Red Sea. Custom-built for diving in 2023, she cruises at 11 knots and combines serious diving with genuine on-board comfort, from air-conditioned cabins to a saloon and dining area made for unwinding.

Wrecks, reefs and big pelagics

Expect a mix of wreck and reef diving. The famous Tiran area is formed by four main reefs—Jackson, Woodhouse, Thomas, and Gordon—known for coral life and large pelagics near the Gulf of Aqaba. Elsewhere, the Northern Red Sea holds the SS Thistlegorm, Abu Nuhas "Ships Graveyard," and the Brothers Islands. Look out for reef sharks, eagle rays, oceanic white tip and thresher sharks, hammerheads, grey reef sharks, and Napoleon fish.

Back on board, 10 double cabins and 6 sea-view suites all feature private showers and toilets. Two spacious sun decks offer loungers, lazy bags, and hammock swings—part shaded—plus free Wi-Fi throughout the ship when a mobile signal is available.
