Plan this trip with AI →The MY Sea Serpent Excellence sails Egypt's Red Sea, tracing itineraries that string together some of the region's most celebrated dive sites — the Tiran Strait, the Brother Islands, Daedalus, and Elphinstone. Its routes run largely round-trip from Hurghada, with legs also reaching Port Ghalib, opening up walls, hard coral gardens, and famous wrecks along the way.
One 8-night itinerary from Hurghada packs in approximately 15 dives, pairing the famous four wrecks of Abu Nuhas — the Ships' Graveyard — with the breathtaking walls of Ras Mohammed National Park at the tip of Sinai. The Abu Nuhas wrecks are draped in coral and superb for photography, especially the Carnatic, which sank in 1869. Sites such as Shark and Yolanda, Gordon Reef, and The Brothers round out the range. A minimum of 30 logged dives is required.
Built for diving in 2008, the 36-metre boat carries up to 24 guests across 12 en-suite cabins. Divers enjoy free Nitrox, a spacious dive deck, air-conditioned cabins and saloon, and free Wi-Fi on board.
