Plan this trip with AI →Welcome aboard the Snefro Pearl, a luxurious liveaboard diving experience navigating the stunning waters of Egypt. This 29-meter vessel accommodates only 12 guests, ensuring ample space and privacy for small groups, individuals, and buddies alike. Refitted in 2019, it combines comfort with safety, certified by Egypt’s Chamber of Diving and Water Sports.
Embark on a mini safari to iconic dive spots like the famous SS Thistlegorm and the captivating reefs of Ras Mohamed. Dive into vibrant underwater worlds teeming with marine life, including tuna, barracuda, and the majestic manta ray. With free nitrox and dives from both the mothership and zodiacs, you’ll enjoy a tailored diving experience that caters to the unique offerings of each site.
Onboard, unwind in spacious air-conditioned salons, two sun decks, and dining areas designed for relaxation after your dives. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, snacks between meals, and a range of rental equipment to enhance your diving adventure. The Snefro Pearl promises an intimate and unforgettable journey through the Red Sea's breathtaking underwater landscapes.
Afternoon/Evening: transfer to El Wataneya port and embark Safety briefing, crew introduction, necessary dive paperwork, cabin allocation and ship orientation will take place before departing the harbor. Please take this opportunity to familiarize yourself with the vessel and make yourself comfortable. Sailing very early next morning
Check dive at Temple or Ras Katy. Next dive is Jackfish Alley where you can easily enter the small caves there. The third dive will be the Alternatives, a chain of seven pinnacles with numerous sand patches and resident leopard sharks. Night Diving is very popular here.
Early morning: the boat will sail to the wreck of the Thistlegorm, the most famous of the Red Sea Wrecks, maybe even worldwide. There is so much to explore so the plan is a minimum of two dives. The first one is an orientation of the outside and the second dive a penetrating one. For the third dive your boat will sail to Small Passage where two channels cut the reef system of Sha’ab Mahmoud and connect the sheltered lagoon to the open sea. A night dive inside the lagoon is optional.
Last day of the trip Morning: first dive of the day will take you to the historical wreck of the Dunraven, which sank in April 1876 - an old wooden wreck with plenty of room for passing through thousands of glassfish that live here in the shade of the wreck. Next dive is Shark and Yolanda Reef, the southernmost tip of the Sinai Peninsula with an endless wall unique in the Red Sea. Sailing back towards Sharm for your third dive at Ras Zatar, Ras Ghozlani or may be Ras Um Sid. Unfortunately our trip has come to an end and we have to say goodbye, but we hope to see you again soon! Return to port and disembark Transfer to hotel or airport It is your responsibility to ensure you respect the 24 hour no-fly time after your last dive! Please Note: This is a sample itinerary and nº of dives, dive sites, etc. may be subject to change due to weather conditions and other unforeseeable factors.

★ 5 · Ziad Elmassik · 2025-08-24Snefro Pearl for me was somewhere in the ballpark of my 12th liveaboard experience, and I can't express how high it stands relative to the prior 11! I've been diving for over 6 years now and I don't believe I've seen this kind of value from a trip before. 10 dives within 3 days, and nitrox is free for certified nitrox divers. Everything from the quality and portions of the food to the helpfulness and politeness of the staff, who come across as very eager to boost the experience, constantly asking for feedback. Cabins are roomy and very comfortable, and toilets are always very clean. Also on the matter of cleanliness, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that rooms aren't tidied and cleaned only once per day like some other liveaboards, but rather once after every dive during the day. The Divemaster onboard, Samuel Samir was extremely instructive, preparing very detailed briefs for every dive and testing the current ahead of every dive to find us the optimal point to start the dive from and make the dive as enjoyable as possible. He also lead the dives in such a manner that every dive feels very well-organized and smooth and just effortless while also very safe and worry-free. Overall, every single aspect of the trip gave off the impression that details are heavily stressed on and catered for. I am very eager to dive with Snefro Pearl again.
★ 5 · Chris Lyle · 2025-08-21Great experience. Lovely clean boat . Great staff
★ 4 · Sanran Gulsen · 2023-12-21We were very happy to be lead by a very experienced and knowledgeable dive leader. This guy is a master at detecting camouflaged stargazers. Good boat. Short though, wish has booked longer trip with the same King Snefro Fleet.
