★ 5 · Andreas Stettbacher · 2023-10-12This was a fantastic experience with Luca and his crew. Meeting for the trip was in time and staff very helpful with luggage and equipment. We had a private cabin which was very comfortable; toilets/showers were always clean. Food was served 3 times a day and was of excellent quality, in between were always snacks and fruit available. The vibe on the boat was great, thanks to the super motivated team. Diving in Komodo Central and North was just great. Luca and his divemasters showed great experience with the analysis of weather and current conditions - very important if you want to have pleasant exxperiences in these amazing dive sites. Lucas more than 10 years of experience in the region paid off and we could profit from excellent timing and perfect conditions even in dive sites which are known to be sometimes challenging for their current. We enjoyed amazing drift dives in a very relaxed atmosphere. Nature under water is unbelievably beautiful here, definitely worth the travel. We chose Sokoraya because we wanted a liveboard experience in a not too big setting with a romantic vibe. That was fully met. We did all planned dives (3 every day during 4 days) and were fully satisfied with the quality of the preparations, the briefings, the underwater guidance and the extensive knowledge of our hosts who answered all our questions. We felt like family on the boat - padre Luca brilliantly created an amazing experience for us. Highly recomended thank you very much for these wonderful days on boaed of the Sokoraya.
★ 5 · Seff Jacobs · 2023-09-16We had a great time being on the sokaraja! Luca and the whole crew are just amazing. Mu girlfriend did the PADI advanced cursus on the boat with Luca as her instructor. He is an incredible experienced diver and made her feel so safe and comfortable diving in Komodo with not that much experience. He had a really calm and reassuring attitude and teaches you a lot. The diving was amazing and the boat trip as well. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. You can sit also in the communal spaces to relax in the sun/shadow. We had amazing vegan/vegetarian food on request made by the cook which was awesome and had good variety. Would 100% recommend going with sokaraja. We loved every bit of it! Thank you Luca and crew for making our time so incredible.
