Adventure Mania

Adventure Mania sits inside Sodwana Bay Lodge on South Africa's coast, putting you within easy reach of one of the world's southernmost coral reef systems. As a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort with six PADI instructors, this dive centre pairs guided dives with a full slate of PADI training, all delivered in English and Afrikaans.

Courses and the diving

Whether you're trying scuba for the first time or logging serious depth, the course list runs deep: PADI Discover Scuba Diving and Advanced Open Water for building confidence, Deep Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy to sharpen your skills, plus Freediver, Underwater Naturalist and the professional-level Divemaster. Beneath the surface, Sodwana Bay's reefs bring encounters with sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, and colourful corals and anemones.

On-site you'll find a training pool and classroom, a dive boat, retail shop, air fills and nitrox, plus accommodation, food and drinks right there at the lodge. It's a relaxed, family-style set-up that suits divers who want to gear up and head straight out into Sodwana's underwater world.
