Aliwal Dive Centre

Aliwal Dive Centre sits in Umkomaas, on South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal coast, right beside one of the country's most celebrated dive destinations: Aliwal Shoal. This is shark diving country, where the water can bring you face to face with Ragged Tooth Sharks, Tiger Sharks, Oceanic Blacktip Sharks, Manta Rays, dolphins and even Whale Sharks, alongside turtles, ocean fish, corals and much more.

A PADI 5 Star centre for every level

As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with four PADI Instructors, the centre runs a full ladder of courses. Newcomers can try PADI Discover Scuba Diving, while those building experience can move through Enriched Air, Deep Diver, Rescue Diver, Advanced Open Water and the Open Water Diver Course, plus Emergency First Response training from USD 101.
