Blue Sea Diving and Water Sports

Set on the waterfront in Kovalam, India, Blue Sea Diving and Water Sports is a PADI Dive Center that welcomes everyone from first-timers to aspiring professionals. Alongside scuba diving, the centre runs snorkelling, kayaking, speed boat and Catamaran rides, making it a natural fit for travellers who want adventure and relaxation in one place.

Courses and diving

With a resident PADI Instructor, the centre offers a full path of training. Beginners can start with the PADI Open Water Diver Course or PADI Scuba Diver, then progress through Advanced Open Water Diver, Rescue Diver and all the way to Divemaster. Skill and safety courses round out the line-up, including Peak Performance Buoyancy and Emergency First Response, with English, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi all spoken on site.

Divers explore local sites such as Kovalam Beach, Puffer Paradise and a nearby wreck, home to sharks, rays, turtles, eels, molluscs, corals and reef fish. Onsite classroom, accommodation, free Wi-Fi, food and parking make it an easy base for a diving trip.
