Life & Dive

Life & Dive is a PADI Resort in Coco, Costa Rica, born from a genuine passion for diving and the belief that the ocean is a place to connect — with the water, with family and friends, and with yourself. Working alongside SCUBAPRO, the centre welcomes divers with two PADI Instructors and a warm, easygoing spirit.

Courses and local diving

The training line-up is broad, from PADI Enriched Air Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy to Deep Diver, Search and Recovery, and the Rescue Diver course, plus Emergency First Response. Prefer to simply get wet? The Fun Dive at Catalinas Island is a relaxed way to explore, while the local dive site of Cacique and the on-site house reef keep things close to home. Waters here are known for sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels and plenty of ocean fish.

With an on-site training pool and classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, dive boat and equipment rental, it suits new and experienced divers alike. Staff speak English, Spanish and Italian. Courses and dives start from USD 153.
