Oceanica Divers

Oceanica Divers is a PADI dive center in San José, Costa Rica, built around safety, quality, and professionalism when training divers at every level. With three PADI Instructors on the team, the center delivers a diving education that is grounded in real commitment to the sport — as they put it, diving is their way of life, and every minute spent underwater is their passion.

Courses and focus

The center offers PADI Scuba Diving and PADI Snorkelling instruction, along with PADI First Aid (EFR) training, so newcomers and returning divers alike can build skills the right way. Conservation runs through everything here: Oceanica Divers educates divers to put their commitment into practice and set a positive example for others, and hosts conservation activities and a dive club.

Facilities include an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, a dive boat, and parking, with air fills, equipment sales, and rental gear for adults and kids. English and Spanish are both spoken, making it a welcoming choice for divers who want thorough, community-minded training.
