Pacific Coast Dive Center

Pacific Coast Dive Center is the most established dive operation at the Catalina Islands, with more than 20 years of continuous experience in the Northern Pacific of Costa Rica. Based in Playa Flamingo, this PADI 4-star centre operates under strict safety and training standards, and its team of experienced PADI professionals keeps groups small and personal for divers of every level.

Courses and marine life

Whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or building toward certification, there's a clear path here. The centre runs its First Breath Underwater experience, Explore Catalina Islands fun dives for certified divers (from USD 158), and full Advanced Open Water and Open Water Diver courses. Beneath the surface you may encounter sharks, rays, turtles, whales, ocean fish, eels and other abundant aquatic life.

The operation runs the largest and most stable boat in the area with well-maintained equipment, and the team speaks both English and Spanish.
